Ajwad has a career spanning over twenty years in service design and customer experience management. He has contributed to the development of customer-focused solutions across various prominent organizations, including a major regional development project in the Middle East, a regional transport authority in the Gulf region, a customs authority in the Gulf region, and a provincial government in Canada.

In his role within a regional mobility initiative in the Middle East, Ajwad is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the public transport sector.

During his time with the regional transport authority, Ajwad worked on initiatives that led to improvements in public transport services, positively affecting both efficiency and customer satisfaction. His efforts contributed to enhancing the public transit system to meet the growing demands of the region.

At the customs authority in the Gulf region, Ajwad supported initiatives that enhanced the region's position in global logistics and trade.
